IMPORTANT: BY USING YOUR MAHALARB KNIVES PRODUCT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE MAHALARB KNIVES WARRANTY AS SET OUT BELOW. DO NOT USE YOUR PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY.

GUARANTEED

Mahalarbknives are guaranteed for life.  They are designed for a specific purpose.  Should the knife fail after purchase by the original user due to faulty workmanship or materials,  such defects will be made good free of cost.  The right is reserved to make good such defects by repair or replacement.  This guarantee does not cover natural materials, incorrect applications, neglect, or abuse. I will back up the functionality of the product and not necessarily the aesthetics of the knife. This guarantee is void if the knife has been modified in any way outside of my shop.

As an additional service to you, we will clean, tune, and sharpen Mahalarb knives and clean and sharpen our fixed blade knives, you just pay for shipping, as long as the knife has not been modified in any way outside of our shop.

" I guarantee all the items I make for quality workmanship and performance. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any item for replacement or a full refund."

Note: Over time, changes in humidity may cause slight variations to occur in natural handle materials. Knives are meant to be used as cutting instruments, not as screwdrivers or pry bars. Any such abuse will void the warranty. A custom knife will perform admirably for many, many years if given the same care as any good tool or gun. I'm hoping that they will last much longer than me and be handed down to your grandchildren and theirs. All knives are shipped with a coating of oil to protect them during shipping. 

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY AND IS NOT LIMITED TO:

• Damage caused by disassembly, accident, abuse, misuse (e.g. use as screwdriver or pry bar), or other external cause, including damaged caused by excessive and/or aggressive blade used.

• Damage caused by service (including "upgrades" and cosmetic treatments) performed by anyone.
